Incitec Pivot is receiving one more controversial phosphate shipment from occupied Western Sahara.
The vessel was reported on the homepages of the Ports of Tees & Hartlepool in the UK, on the 9th of November 2008, heading for El Aaiun, Western Sahara (see registry above).
Now, the vessel is heading for Portland, Australia. It is scheduled to arrive on December 26th this year, then arriving at Geelong on December 28th.

Labelling those products as originating in the Kingdom of Morocco instead of originating in Western Sahara breaches EU law, the Advocate General of the EU Court of Justice concludes.
